Harmeen Mehta is the Global CIO of Bharti Airtel. As Global CIO, she is responsible for providing the overall strategy and leadership to the IT and Engineering function.

Harmeen Mehta started her career as a consultant with British Airways and Qantas.

In 2000 she Joined HSBC in London as Global Head of Corporate, Investment and Private Banking IT at HSBC Global Technology Centers.

In 2008 she moved to Merrill Lynch India Technology Services as MD where she led the bank's captive technology centers in India, Singapore, Ireland and Canada.

After the merger of Merrill Lynch & Bank of America she was assigned the role of Asia CIO for Global Markets and Research technology at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

In 2011 she moved to Spain to work with BBVA, Spain and Latin America's second largest bank. In BBVA Harmeen Mehta was the CIO for Global Markets and Risk and Operations for Corporate and Investment Banking and led a large scale business transformation project across Europe, US and Latin America.

She returned to India and joined Bharti Airtel in 2013 as CIO.

She has successfully worked globally across locations such as UK, US, Germany, Spain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Australia, India and Spain.

Suneeti Goel is an experienced IT leader, with over 32 years of experience of designing, delivering and running IT Projects for Indian Railways. She is working as Chief Project Engineer in Cloud Technology Group and Passenger Reservation Systems in Centre for Railway Information Systems. She has done B.Tech from Delhi College of Engineering and MS from Birla Institute of Technology. She has played a key role in delivering multiple mission critical projects of IR i.e. Passenger Reservation System(PRS), Unreserved ticketing system, Next Generation e-ticketing system and also led the initiative of setting up the CRIS private cloud.

Kirti Patil, Joint President & Chief Technology Officer at Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (Kotak Life), spearheads its technology and digital function. She is a member of Kotak Life's executive management council that charters company's growth.

Kirti joined Kotak Life in 2003. Over the years, she has been instrumental in giving Kotak Life's tech strategy a cutting edge by implementing several transformational initiatives in the areas of Digital Sales, Digital Enablement of Primary channels, Customer Engagement, Underwriting and Operations, Finance & Risk and Compliance. Duncan Hewett is the senior vice president and general manager for VMware's business in Asia Pacific & Japan. In this role, Hewett is responsible for VMware's sales, business strategy and services across the region. He is adept in executing go-to-market strategy across a multi-product and multi-cloud platform supporting digital transformation of enterprises and believes that a customer centric behavior is critical for an organization's growth.

Prior to this, Hewett was leading IBM's Software business for Asia Pacific region. In his 29 year long career, he has held several senior leadership roles across IBM's business units, including Enterprise Sales, Acquisition Integration, Subscription & Support and Sales Operations. Duncan joined IBM's software business through the acquisition of Lotus where he was the general manager responsible for all sales, marketing and services in Australia/New Zealand.Hewett graduated from the University of Sydney with a bachelor's degree in engineering.

Dr Neeta Verma has been appointed the first woman Director General of NIC. The appointment of a woman head of NIC? the technical wing of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology?comes soon after the DRDO got its first women chief in J Manjula recently. Verma is currently in-charge of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's MyGov project. She is also overseeing Cloud, National Data Centre and Open Data project of the Department of Electronics and Information Technology under the ministry.

Purnima has been a key driver of VMware's strategy and execution as VP, GM of Product Automation within CMBU. Prior to joining VMware, she was CEO of Cavirin, a cloud security company, where she drove a turnaround and positioned the company for growth in a high velocity segment. Prior to that, Purnima served as the COO of MokaFive, a desktop virtualization company, where she was responsible for global product operations and as the Director of Product Management for BMC's $500M Service Management business, where she drove portfolio planning, product definition, and M&A. Dr Sunita Maheshwari, awarded Outlook Business WOW 2019 (Woman of Worth) award and 2014's 'Amazing Indian' by Times Now, is a US Board certified Pediatric Cardiologist who did her MBBS at Osmania medical college followed by postgraduation at AIIMS, Delhi and Yale University in the US. She was the winner of the 'Young Clinician Award' from the American Heart Association and the 'Best Teacher Award' at Yale University. Lakshmi Gayatri Kundem is a Software Quality Architect working with VMware . She is a passionate engineer with a demonstrated history of working on Cloud Native Apps. She has deep knowledge about Kubernetes, Kubernetes Security, App Scaling , dockers and containers. . She has done several webinars and presentations internally and externally on Modern Applications, Containers and Kubernetes. She also interacts with customers and an active speaker for VMUG Bangalore and Mumbai. She was recently awarded vExpert and Tech Evangelist Award by VMware. She is a track chair for GHCI 2020 and a Women Who Code Leader for Bangalore Chapter. She is Smart India Hackathon judge, mentor which is run by Government of India.

Akash Shetty is the Director for Colleague Experience and Technology, India and Asia-Pacific, running all colleague-facing internal IT services. He is also responsible for VMware's Global Service Desk, as well as the strategy for Global IT Walk-up centers. He is currently based out of Bangalore, India.

Prior to joining VMware, Akash worked in various capacities for companies like Cable and Wireless, Microsoft, and Adobe, both in India and the United States, in the areas of end-point support, data centers, global service desks, networking, operation centers, audiovisual collaboration, and Information services.

Misha Joshi heads VMware Professional Services for India. In her role, she leads a Professional Services team of VMware experts to help CIOs and their companies accelerate IT and business transformation leveraging VMware technology and deepen the understanding of how cloud computing can deliver business results.

Misha is a seasoned business leader with 20 years of experience working with world-wide organizations across sales, service, management, customer experience, IT and business transformational programs.

Prior to VMware, Misha has worked with Infosys, IBM, Syntel, Fujitsu and Vodafone India Limited. She has led multiple programs in software consulting/ support for customers, enterprise mobility, service design, enterprise business solutions, cloud computing and digital transformation.

Pradeep Nair is the Vice President & Managing Director for VMware India. He leads VMware's sales and marketing operations in the region. He also oversees VMware's strategic partnerships and alliances.

Ramkumar (Ram) Narayanan is a global leader focusing on data driven, digital product innovation spanning consumer and enterprise markets. He brings a vast experience in product development, product management and product marketing, having led both new market entry and turnaround of existing business areas. He has been an advisor to enterprises, large and small, in the arena of digital transformation, product strategy and product marketing.

Ram is currently VP Technology and Managing Director at VMware India, where he leads strategy and growth for VMware's largest global center outside of its headquarters in Palo Alto, USA. Sunita Nadhamuni is head of Digital LifeCare at Dell Technologies, building the technology system for Ayushman Bharat's NCD (Non-communicable Diseases) program for management of hypertension, diabetes, and common cancers.

As technology partner to Government of India, her innovation team is enabling digital transformation of public healthcare services; this is a social impact, CSR initiative of Dell.

Sunita has a unique combination of more than a decade of IT experience from the Silicon Valley in the US at companies like Sun Microsystems, SGI and Healtheon/WebMD and a decade in India leading social impact initiatives. She was founder-CEO of Arghyam, a leading charitable foundation on water and sanitation in India.

Surbhi Goel is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Machine Learning group at Microsoft Research, New York. She graduated with a PhD in July 2020 from the University of Texas at Austin, advised by Adam Klivans. Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate studies from IIT Delhi. Her research interests lie at the intersection of theory and machine learning with focus on building the theoretical foundations of deep learning. Shilpa is a Senior Solutions engineer at VMware. She has been with the company for more than 8 years. Over these years she has built strong relationships with her customers and partners across South India and has been instrumental in selling some of the key solutions from VMware. Her primary responsibility is positioning VMware in various projects across her customer organizations, articulating overall solution proposals, demonstrating product capabilities through POC and seeing it through from the initial phase of discussion to purchase to and to deployment. She also believes in pursuing her passion along with her job and has been a profession dancer at the Shiamak Davar Institute for more than 10 years and a Certified Zumba instructor for over 5 years. She has taught across various centers in Bangalore during weekends and sometimes weekdays too ensuring there is balance between her work and passion.

Shobhana Narasimhan got her MSc in Physics from IIT Bombay, and an AM and PhD in physics from Harvard University. After doing postdocs at Brookhaven National Laboratory, USA, and the Fritz Haber Institute, Berlin, Germany, she returned to India. Since 1996, she has been on the faculty of the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research in Bangalore, where she is currently a Professor in the Theoretical Sciences Unit. She was formerly the chairperson of the department, and also the Dean of Academic Affairs. Her research is on computational nanoscience. She has also done consulting work for several companies, including Shell, IBM, GE, Motorola and Bharat Petroleum. She has a strong interest in promoting women in science, and has been on several international and national committees in this context. In 2020, she was elected an International Honorary Member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Outside of work, Sangeeta is an advanced deep-sea diver, an international sailor, and supports her sister's non-profit called Sahas Foundation educating Children on prevention of Child Sexual Abuse.

Sairam Veeraswamy is an experienced technology leader with over 32 years of industry experience in technology management and product engineering in storage and networking. In his current role with corporate CTO office, he manages innovation theaters, advanced technology development, academic research collaboration, and ecosystem initiatives.

Prior to VMware, Sairam worked as a Distinguished Engineer at EMC Corporation. At EMC, he led system architecture and experimental development for VMAX product division.

During his 12 years at EMC, Sairam also led the architecture and roll out of many infrastructure initiatives for EMC's midrange storage product lines including the next-generation unified file system, distributed system management framework, and the active storage platform.

Sairam had also worked as Technical Director at Veritas. To fuel his entrepreneurial spirit Sairam co-founded an embedded system startup and also was one of the virtual founders and General Manager of Frontier Software which was later acquired by Veritas India.

Sairam is a passionate innovator and has over 38 patents issued by USPTO over 15 pending. He was recognized as the 'Technical Role Model' by Zinnov in 2013.

He holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA.

Prem Velayudan is a consulting partner to business leadership that drives and impacts business results. Sophiya Vednesan is the Admin for the NSBU R&D team in VMware Pune. Having worked as a Secretary for 27 years with companies like Tata and Suzlon and overseas as well, Sophiya has learnt and worked with various processes, confidently executed team related projects with respect to yearly event/activities/festivities/sports/related budgets and worked in conjunction with various teams such as Purchase/Finance/HR etc.

Apart from the administrative role at VMware, Sophiya is passionately and actively involved with other activities, Pune Foundation, Pride-LGBTQI in the VMInclusion POD, actively attached to Sustainability and events and activities within her team or for Pune as a whole. She strongly believes, being attached to what you are passionate about alongside your regular role, keeps you aligned with the charter of the company as well.
