- This data is then cleaned up and filtered to remove any duplications / unwanted records
- Further the data is grouped into various categories for an effective RSVP activity

RESPONSE
- Use online EMS for email broadcasts, tele-calling and managing registrations
- Only assigned event manager to have access to the EMS platform
EVENT REPORTING
- Real time reports available on online EMS
- Daily registration & unsubscribe reports shared by customer and Shobiz through secure FTP channel
POST EVENT
- All post event reports to be shared via SFTP channel
- Post event data to be retained only till defined SOW retention period, else 90 days
